Well what else is there to say that hasn't been said. Most likely if you are looking at this rower it is because you already know it is very high quality, etc, etc. Really, you are getting a professional gym quality machine for a decent price. For most of us 1000+ is a lot of money for a piece of gym equipment, but ask yourself are you going to be happy with anything else. I wasn't. Anyway I figured if it turned out I didn't end up using it as much as I thought, I could always sell it for nearly what I paid for it.
We ordered this rower back in November of last year and it arrived in a few days! Long story short, I had been suffering from lower back pains that limited me in many physical activities that I had to stop doing for well over a year.
Buying this is the best investment we made in quite a while. I've never rowed on a rowing machine in my life, so this was a leap of faith for me but with the many benefits of rowing I've read about, how could I go wrong! This has helped me in so many ways to get back to the shape I once was in and now I'm in even better shape than what I was prior to my year long layoff.
Proper form is a MUST. There are no alternative methods to executing a proper stroke.If you have never rowed before (like me) please do your research on the right way to row and start off on 2-3 setting and learn each part of the stroke correctly. Eventually you can increase resistance settings once you start getting comfortable.
Once you got it down, you can do sprints, long distance, intervals etc.
Took 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. Only 8 screws and it came with the screwdriver. EASY! It's well built for heavy people and made fore serious long lasting rowing. It's motion is smooth like butter. It's worth every penny.
I’ve used a number of different rowers over the years at various gyms and this exceeds the build quality and smoothness of all of them.
The machine is well built and requires minimal maintenance. Highly recommend!
